Polk County Men's Amateur Championship

Entrants in the 36th Annual Polk County Men’s Amateur Championship must be a Polk County resident or have a current USGA Handicap Index established at a Polk County Golf Course. Senior Flight must be 55 years of age or older as of August 4”‘, 2012. Limited to the first 120 registered participants.

Entry Fee

The $200.00 entry fee includes two rounds of golf with carts, prizes, tee gifts, range balls, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. No refunds will be given after the tournament entry deadline.
