Swimming in Polk County, Central Florida
Facilities for year-round swim meets and aquatic training are available at Winter Haven’s Rowdy Gaines Pool, the Gandy Pool at Kelly Recreation Center, Simpson Pool, and the YMCA in Lakeland. Winter Haven Stingrays hosts The Rowdy Cup, a USA Swimming competition annually.
